Finnegan Michael Sheeley was born on January, 10th 2019 weighing 9.9lbs. On January, 11th almost exactly 24 hours after he was born he was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy. The doctors immediately rushed him away to begin the lifesaving treatment he needed to be put in stable condition. Following the harrowing hours since the diagnosis, doctors advised the Sheeley family that baby Finnegan is airlifted to The Seattle Children’s Hospital to receive specialized treatment by their team of leading experts. Finnegan is currently there now getting the proper treatment to be in stable condition in preparation for a heart transplant. The Sheeley Family is now commuting back and forth from Scappoose to Seattle, all while still trying to work.
We are raising funds to alleviate some of the financial burdens the Sheeley family will endure during this challenging time so their focus may remain on Finnegan and their time together as a family. #FinneganStrong
